For 18 years Margery has nurtured an impressive list of small businesses and individual clients with her commitment to "educate" client about tax and reporting requirements. As a Certified Women Business Enterprise and Certified Public Accountant, Margery helps clients transform their companies into new versions of success and achievements.
In addition to serving on the Monmouth Chapter Board, Margery is a certified trainer for business skills courses offered by NJAWBO's Women's Business Center of New Jersey. Margery will hold the position of Vice President of Finances for NJAWBO in 2001-2002.
This past year Margery opened her second business, Davidson's Business Development Team, Inc. The firm is committed to helping companies realize their dreams. Through consulting services, the strategic planning team systematizes operations for maximizing profit as organizations prepare for the next steps of strategic growth and achievement.
Margery has served as a volunteer with the Women's Center of Monmouth County, an agency that provides shelter for battered women and support to rape victims. As a member of the Board of Directors for Monmouth Neighborhood Housing known as Manna House, Margery has held the position of Treasurer and served in the strategic planning committee. For the past six years she has been a member of the Matawan/Aberdeen Kiwanis, serving as President for two years and as Program chair for one year.
A graduate from Rutgers University in Newark, Margery earned a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Accounting and is pursuing a Master's of Science Degree in Taxation. Living in Matawan with her husband Jim and two daughters, Linette and Stephanie, Margery continues to earn annual education credits to maintain her CPA license.
